Eljay provides healthcare recruitment and staffing support for candidates and hospitals. You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid misrepresentation in profile or requirement submissions.

Candidate and Client Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for the validity of documents and credentials submitted. Hospitals and employers are responsible for role details, compensation commitments, and final employment decisions.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and service materials are owned by Eljay or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We provide staffing support and coordination but cannot guarantee placement outcomes, hiring timelines, or uninterrupted platform availability. To the extent permitted by law, Eljay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.
